Trip information:

When signing up for a trip, please use a trip registration form. If the form is unavailable. just write the required information on paper and send with payment/ deposit. Please print and include the following information:

Name (names), roommate/seatmate, home address, home phone #, cell phone #, email, payment/deposit depending on the trip.

Trip information is mainly given at the meetings or from email. Emails are sent as needed, and a week to 10 days before each trip with final updates. I need your cell phone numbers when we are actually on a trip in case I need to contact you.

All checks must be made payable to Wicomico AARP and a separate check is required for each trip. Deposits are needed for longer trips in order to hold a space for you on the trip. Checks are not deposited until a trip is confirmed with at least 35-40 people.
